Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Swarozgar Fest 2026, organised by Apni Subsidy and conducted by CA Sonam Khandelwal, scheduled for 09 - 10 May 2026 at Rajasthan International Center, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur 302017. By registering, booking a stall, or confirming a sponsorship package, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Event Details

2. Sponsorship and Stall Booking

  • 2.1 All sponsorship slots and exhibition stalls are offered on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. A slot is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the signed MOU and the required advance payment (50% of the package value).
  • 2.2 Sponsorship packages include the specific benefits listed in the official Sponsorship Proposal document for each tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Co-Powered By, Powered By).
  • 2.3 Benefits are non-transferable and non-interchangeable between tiers. Upgrades to a higher tier are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing before the deadline.
  • 2.4 The organiser reserves the right to decline any sponsorship application without stating a reason.

3. Payment Terms

  • 3.1 A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and lock your sponsorship slot.
  • 3.2 The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the event date (i.e., by 24 April 2026), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • 3.3 Failure to complete the full payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of the slot without refund of the advance.
  • 3.4 All payments must be made to the designated bank account provided by Apni Subsidy. Payments to any other account will not be recognised.

4. Brand Assets and Design

  • 4.1 Sponsors and exhibitors must submit their logo and brand assets in the required format (high-resolution PNG or vector file) within 7 days of booking confirmation or as communicated by the organiser.
  • 4.2 Delay in submission of brand assets may result in exclusion from certain printed or designed materials. The organiser bears no liability for such exclusions caused by late submissions.
  • 4.3 The organiser reserves the right to resize, adjust, or reposition logos to fit event materials while maintaining fair representation across sponsorship tiers.

5. Exhibition Stall Guidelines

  • 5.1 Stall dimensions are as specified in the sponsorship package. Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated stall area.
  • 5.2 Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their stall within the time windows specified by the organiser.
  • 5.3 All display materials, furniture, and electrical equipment used within the stall must comply with the venue's safety regulations.
  • 5.4 Exhibitors must not engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct during the event.
  • 5.5 The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property at the venue.

6. Stage Sessions

  • 6.1 Stage sessions are available only for Powered By (20 min), Co-Powered By (10 min), Diamond (7 min), and Platinum (5 min) tiers. Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers do not include stage access.
  • 6.2 Stage session content must be approved by the organiser at least 7 days before the event. Content that is promotional in nature, politically sensitive, misleading, or inappropriate will not be permitted.
  • 6.3 Session time slots cannot be rescheduled or swapped with other sponsors.

7. Lead Database

  • 7.1 The full attendee lead database is available only to sponsors on the Powered By, Co-Powered By, Diamond, and Platinum tiers, as specified in the Benefits Matrix.
  • 7.2 The lead database will be shared after the event has concluded, subject to attendee consent as collected during registration.
  • 7.3 Lead data must be used only for legitimate business communication. Misuse, resale, or mass spamming using the lead data is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

  • 8.1 The organiser shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees arising out of participation in the event.
  • 8.2 In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), the organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. Refunds in such cases will be governed by the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • 9.1 All event branding, materials, designs, and content produced by Apni Subsidy and Swarozgar Fest remain the intellectual property of the organiser.
  • 9.2 Sponsors may use event branding for approved promotional purposes related to their participation. Commercial exploitation of event branding without written permission is not permitted.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Amendments

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated via official channels and will take effect immediately upon communication.
